This Privacy Policy describes how Idle Runner ("the Game", "we", "us") collects,
uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
- Game Progress: Your save data (upgrade levels, currency balances,
achievements) is stored locally on your device. If you sign in with an account,
a copy is stored on our servers, transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS).
- Recent Backup (no account needed): To protect players from
losing progress when the operating system clears the app's local data, the Game
may also upload a copy of your save tied to a random device identifier, even if
you have not created an account. This backup is kept for a rolling
10 days from your last sync and is then deleted automatically.
It is used only to restore your progress, for aggregate statistics, and to
detect save-file manipulation. You can request its deletion at any time -
from the in-game settings (where available) or by contacting support with
your device identifier.
- Device Information: We may collect device model, OS version, and
a random anonymized identifier for analytics and crash reporting.
- In-game economy diagnostics: To protect your progress and detect
fraud, we keep a first-party record of changes to your in-game diamond balance
(what was spent, earned or granted, and the resulting balance), tied to your
account or a random device identifier. It is kept for up to 180 days and is
deleted when you delete your account or your account-less backup.
- Ad Data: Our advertising partners (Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX)
may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own
privacy policies. We show a GDPR/UMP consent dialog before any ad data
is collected.
- Public Ranking (optional): The Game offers an optional public
leaderboard, OFF by default. When the public ranking is enabled for your account,
it shows your chosen in-game nickname, a random pseudonymous player ID, your
rank/category/world, and your best-wave score. Your email, account ID, currency
balances, purchases, and full save data are never shown publicly. You control
your visibility from the ranking screen and can turn it off at any time; turning
it off removes you from the public board (your underlying progress is unaffected
and is kept until account deletion).

moderation and abuse prevention.

All in-game purchases are processed by the app store you use (Google Play or
the Apple App Store). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit
card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. We receive only a
purchase confirmation and the purchased item details from the store to fulfill
your order.
5. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided
us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Local game data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or using the in-game
"Reset Progress" option. Cloud Save data is deleted upon account deletion request.
The account-less Recent Backup (see section 1) is kept for a rolling 10 days from
your last sync and is then deleted automatically, together with any of your
device-linked data derived from it. We may keep anonymous, aggregated
statistics that do not identify you or your device. You can also have your
backup deleted immediately - from the in-game
settings (where available) or by contacting us with your device identifier
(shown in the game's support screen).
An optional in-game display name you set without an account is stored alongside the
device identifier and is removed the same way.
